What we are looking for…

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, highly organized and experienced social media manager to join our team. This individual will be deeply passionate about hospitality and depend upon their exceptional relationship building and communication talents to advance and deliver on the firm’s overall marketing and brand strategy. As Social Media Manager you will be creating, designing, and managing social media/marketing initiatives within the marketing team to ensure we’re constantly capturing appropriate audiences

What you’ll do…

  • Be a leader within a small but growing team, cementing processes and operations to make the team more efficient

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Sales, and Product

  • Stay up-to-date on social media algorithm updates and emerging trends in order to optimize for subject matter, frequency, and timing of posts. You must be a platform expert

  • You Love to Test: you know that testing is the foundation of successful growth. You know not only HOW to test, but also WHAT to test

  • Develop goals and track performance to understand the efficiency of a campaign, making recommendations for optimizations

  • 3+ years of professional experience in large-scale, social media and marketing

  • Strong entrepreneurial mentality, work well under pressure

  • Ability to interact with different levels of management

  • Prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, without continued direct supervision

  • Be able to take initiative and be able to work independently as well as in a team setting

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, manage and develop high performing, early stage teams through significant scale

  • Detail oriented and data savvy

  • Someone who is self driven and takes initiative

  • Someone who is personable, has an entrepreneurial drive

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to command and inspire audiences of all sizes
